The way of Islam to make routine worship

last night we was musyawarah (learn to gather) about how to make routine worship.It was take from fathul mu'in book.that writed by syaikh Zainuddin Al malibari.The book stated that we ( as a parent) must command our son or daughter to do Sholat (pray) from 7 years old and punch or hit but not make hurt just to make kapok on 10 years old.
